WEBBS WHOLESALE FLORIST INC. ONLY SALES TO LICENSED RETAIL FLORISTS! Webbs Wholesale must have a valid, up-to-date copy of the purchasing retail florist's business license on file. Webbs Wholesale also needs a completed and signed copy of the West Virginia Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file. A copy of the West Virginia Tax Exemption Form may be obtained by going to this website:http://www.wv-wmd.org/Tax_Exemption_Form.pdf You must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to view and print this file. Go to www.adobe.com to obtain Adobe Acrobat FREE! Once you print the certificate simply fill it out, sign it and bring it to Webbs office before shopping or fax it to Webbs at 1-304-252-0273 before placing an order for shipping or delivery provided you are on our delivery routes. NOTE- Shipping will have additional shipping and handling fee.

C.O.D. / This payment option is avaiable only to Webbs Wholesale Existing Customers.
Check / This payment option is available only to Webbs Wholesale Existing Customers. New Customers may use a Cashier's Check or Money Order Only. Note: Shipping will be delayed for any shipping option other than Regular Webbs Route Delivery until payment is received.
American Express, Visa, Discover & Mastercard / may be used by any customer; Existing or New provided above ordering rules have been followed and the required paperwork has been received, recorded and filed.

Shipping Options:

Regular Webbs Wholesale Route Delivery / This shipping option is available only to Webbs Wholesale Existing Customers or New Customers within our specified delivery areas. Note: Click the Delivery Area tab to see specific delivery information, areas & map. Due to the rising fuel costs a delivery fuel surcharge of $2.00 applies.
UPS & Fed Ex Delivery / This shipping option applies for all customers; existing and new, additional shipping charges will apply.
US Postal Service: / This shipping option applies for all customers; existing and new, additional shipping charges will apply.
